To safeguard employees’ health and maintain workplace efficiency, ZLINE recently launched its “Summer Cooling” initiative, delivering heat-relief supplies to workshops and offering chilled watermelon and bottled water during work breaks. During rest periods, employees gathered in break areas to enjoy fresh, chilled watermelon — a welcome refreshment that helped them stay hydrated and comfortable. Cooling stations have also been set up near workshop areas, ensuring that cold drinks are readily available throughout the day. “At ZLINE, the health and safety of our employees are our top priority,” said a company spokesperson. “In extreme heat, ensuring workplace safety is just as important as production efficiency. This initiative is more than just providing supplies — it’s about showing our care.”
