This dough sheeter is designed to efficiently sheet and laminate dough. With adjustable rollers, it produces consistent dough sheets with uniform thickness and smooth surfaces. The machine winding wheel and auxility winding wheel will roll the pastry into strips. Made with food-grade stainless steel, it is easy to operate, clean, and maintain, making it suitable for different production environments.
MACHINE OPERATION
The dough, mixed according to the product ratio, is manually wrapped with shortening and rolled into shape, ensuring consistent thickness and width of the dough sheet. The dough sheet is then manually placed onto the conveyor belt of the dough column forming machine. It passes through a set of pressing rollers to enhance its gloss and stabilize its quality. The filling is added via a filling mechanism, and then the dough sheet is rolled into a strip by the main rolling wheel and auxiliary rolling wheel. It then enters the separate twisting machine, where the cutting length is set to determine the product's dimensions and weight.
